To be an Effective Teacher
Teacher can be effective in many ways. Teachers have many strategies on how they can be an effective to their students. In learning, there are also different ways on how the learners can learn. An Effective Teacher should not simply teach the knowledge to their learners rather they teach the learners on how they can mold the knowledge,skills, understanding, and attitudes that students will bring in their whole lives. In teaching, teachers should not stay in one corner, in one book; they should use different ways, different approaches in teaching so that a teacher can place a greater importance to the learners instead as a facilitator of learning for longer time. I learned in Harry Wongs’s lecture video, that in students’ academic and life achievement teachers play a large role.
